    Stroll

    At my place of work, we are bussed to and from work. It picks up from the apartment at 6 am and departs the school at 3:10 pm. This means that for those of us that tutor after school we take a taxi back home. Usually, I like this. If a friend is tutoring at the same time we will share a taxi, usually to their apartment and I will take a leisurely stroll back to my apartment. The walk is usually about 25-30 minutes.     Weekend I was recently speaking with a friend of mine about some of the changes we are hoping to see in Canada under the new Federal Government. Somethings we are hoping stay the same with the new government. We arrived onto the topic of TFSAs (Tax-Free Savings) and investing money. This is when I learned my new interesting fact.     Shopping and Bargaining

    Weekend I went out last night with one of my Canadian-Kuwaiti friends. We took to one of the main streets in Salmiya for some gossip and some shopping and bargaining when we should have been headed for the gym. Three hours of walking around carrying bags are just like 1 hour in a gym class, right? In more traditional shops bargaining is the norm. I’m a bad bargainer.
